The "AB-3000B Cellgraph" is a cell weak luminescence real-time monitoring system developed to detect weak luminescence within a single cell using a high-sensitivity EM-CCD camera. It achieves the detection of weak luminescence through a cooling EM-CCD camera with a highly efficient optical system and the highest level of absolute sensitivity. The chamber where the sample is set provides an environment similar to a CO2 incubator, thanks to a temperature and CO2 gas concentration control system and a humidification system. As a result, it is possible to observe cells and tissue samples in a living state for extended periods.
